I have travelled to three continents in the last three years and not put any of my memories or experiences in words. I didn't find that strange until a friend asked if I was writing about my last trip to Dubrovnik in Croatia, and it made me wonder why I hadn't been writing for so many years.
I have my reasons and I have pictures. But often pictures don't say half as much as words. There are also times when pictures can say more than words can ever attempt to.
It was during my time in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe that I realised how much I missed writing. And there it was, on pieces of scratchy restaurant napkins and the blackberry notes application, that my Travel Log was born.
And it shall speak, through words and pictures alike.
